Welcome to Heavenly Soles, a mobile reflexology clinic run by Yuh Saito,
serving the Romford, Brentwood, Hornchurch and Dagenham area.
Heavenly Soles offers effective reflexology treatment to help you de-stress, sleep better and improve your well-being.
For convenience, you can choose to have treatment in the comfort of your own home
(I carry a treatment chair/couch) or,
you can choose to be treated at a therapy centre (subject to an additional fee).
Yuh Saito
I'm on a mission to help people be more productive and to enjoy what they do, whilst achieving a good work/life balance by working smarter, not longer, through reflexology treatments.
When I was young, my parents used to request that I practice traditional Japanese Shiatsu massage on them to ease neck & shoulder pain. This was when I realised that I have a healing touch.
I discovered the power of reflexology in 1995, and found that touch can have a holistic effect on the body. I successfully completed over 100 case studies before qualifying, and since then have been practicing the art on my family and friends.

Professionalism
I am a full member of the professional governing body, AoR (Association of Reflexologists), and my practice is backed up by practice insurance from the Alan Boswell Group. I am registered with the CNHC.
CNHC was set up by the government to protect the public.
They hold the UK register for complementary healthcare practitioners who have met UK standards. CNHC registrants work in private practice, the NHS and a wide range of other health and care settings.
Qualifications
I’ve been practicing since the completion of an AoR certified course in September 1995, and gained an Advanced Reflexology Certificate in July 1998.
